- Duplicate lights from top or bottom panel, and apply them for "Welcome". Scale down then size.
- Create reflection. Duplicate "Welcome" layer, got Edit >Transform > Flip Vertical.
- Add Layer Mask, fill Mask with linear black-and-white gradient.
- Draw stroke (1px) using Line Tool.
- Apply Reflected white-and-transparent Gradient Overlay to stroke.
- Create background for pictures, just like header panel in previous steps.
- Insert pictures and apply the following layer style effects.
