  • Merge all of layers.
  • Duplicate created layer.
  • Go to Image > Adjustments > Equalize.

  • Choose Multiply Blending Mode to this layer and opacity 70%.

  • Flatten layers.
  • Click Quick Mask Icon.
  • Fill layer with black and white Reflected gradient.

  • Click Quick Mask again.
  • Go to Filter > Blur > Lens Blur.
