Flatten frames into layers.
- In the Animation or Layers palette, select the video layer.
- In the Animation palette, choose Flatten Frames Into Layers from the Palette menu.
- In the Animation palette, choose Make Frames from Layers..
- Click the Convert To Frame Animation icon
