  • Choose Filter >Blur > Gaussian Blur (15 - 22).

  • Create a new layer.
  • Set Blending Mode for layer Multiply, Opacity 72%.
  • Fill layer with gradient (black/transparent)

  • Add Vector Mask.
  • Erase part of gradient using soft round brush.
