- Create new layers below and under building layer.
- Draw branches.
- Create a new layer.
- Paste image of moon. Choose Overlay Blending Mode for this layer.
- Duplicate this layer.
- Choose Screen Blending Mode for this layer.
- Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (12-15).
- Draw a fog using soft translucent brush.
- Correct the form of foggy clouds using Liquify Filter.
