  • To create background, place sky image. Add layer Mask and fill it with black an white gradient just like in the example below.

  

  • Repeat previous actions for ground image and apply perspective transformation.

  

  • Add following layer style effects to ground layer.

  

  

  • Draw white horizontal rectangular and apply Gaussian Blur filter to it (about 40%)
