Adjust colors:
- Image > Adjustments > Color Balance
- Change layer to Multiply:
- Fill window's areas with light color.
- Filter > Blur > Guassian Blur(30-40)
- Create new layer.
- Insert blue color rectangular with transparency 60%.
- Filter > Blur > Guassian Blur (45)
- Change outlines using Lens Correction Filter
- Create new Layer.
