- Open interior picture in Photoshop.
- Create a new layer, fill it with black and white radial gradient just like in the example below.
- Apply Multiply Blending Mode to this layer.

- Make TV set silhouette contour using Pen Tool. Load selection for created contour - Ctrl + Enter.
- Copy selected TV area and paste it into a new layer above radial gradient layer.
- Increase TV set size using Free Transformation.

- Insert painting frame image. Transform it using Distort transformation.
