- Duplicate water layer and place it above island layer.
- Load selection for Island layer (Ctrl + Click) and return to water duplicated layer, add Layer Mask to it.
- Apply Overlay Blending Mode to this layer and Opacity 30%.
- Create a new layer, fill it with black color.
- Apply Multiply Blending Mode and Opacity 30-40%.
- In order to create shiny sites, add Layer Mask and Erase some areas using soft brushes.
- Now merge all of the layers.
- Duplicate created layer and Equalize effect to it.
- Choose Multiply Blending Mode for this layer and Opacity 40%..
- Duplicate created layer.
- Choose Overlay Blending Mode and Opacity 16-18%.
- Go to Filter >Blur >Gaussian Blur (3-5).
