- Return to background blur layer.
- Select > Select All.
- Select > Modify > Border.
- Select > Modify > Feather(10).
- Copy and paste border into a new layer.
- Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
- Load selection for layer with border (Select > Load Selection)
- Create a new layer, Opacity about 50-60%.
- Choose brush tool (smooth and round).
- Adjust brushes settings (Window > Brushes).Draw using Brush Tool along the selected border.
