- Merge all layers.
- Duplicate created layer.
- Go to edit > Flip Vertical, move it down.
- Adjust Opacity 60%.
- Add vector mask, fill it with white and black gradient just like in the example below.
- Fill background layer with radial gradient, add pattern with small Opacity and Luminosity Blending Mode.
- In order to create floor make rectangle, Fill 0%, apply linear black/translucent gradient.
